Rhagolwg Cyllideb Cymru 2021: Digwyddiad Briffio

Cafodd grantiau bloc Llywodraeth Cymru ar gyfer y blynyddoedd nesaf eu penderfynu yn Adolygiad Gwriant diweddar Llywodraeth y DG. Er fod y rhagolwg cyllidol wedi gwella’n sylweddol, mae llawer o feysydd gwariant yn wynebu pwysau ariannol mawr.

Cyn Cyllideb Ddrafft Llywodraeth Cymru ar gyfer 2022-23, ymunwch â thîm Dadansoddi Cyllid Cymru (DCC) am drafodaeth ar adroddiad briffio newydd ar rhagolwg cyllideb Cymru.

Bydd tîm DCC yn trafod:
• Rhagolwg economaidd a chyllidol Cymru
• Y rhagolwg ar gyfer gwasanaethau cyhoeddus, gan gynnwys: costau adfer o’r pandemig; pwysau ar wasanaethau llywodraeth leol; a chyflogau’r sector cyhoeddus
• Yr opsiynau a’r cyfaddawdau ar gyfer dyraniadau gwariant Llywodraeth Cymru
• Y rhagolygon a’r opsiynau ar gyfer polisi treth datganoledig a lleol
